As a cake decorator, baker, and entrepreneur from El Paso, Texas, I established Lilípad Vegan Bakery, LLC in April 2019, focusing on allergy-friendly vegan desserts. After developing a dairy allergy and wheat sensitivity, and learning of my niece's allergies to dairy, eggs, and peanuts, I was inspired to start my own company. The lack of options for safe and delicious birthday cakes, a crucial treat, especially for those with food allergies like my niece, drove me to create a place where everyone could enjoy these special desserts.
